Ordering

Orders are placed by phone or WhatsApp and confirmed when we accept them. Standard notice is 24 hours for any event. Larger events should be confirmed 2 to 3 days ahead. Outside Dhaka we cater from 200 guests, with transport quoted separately.

Minimums

The minimum order is BDT 5,000 in value. A menu order has no guest minimum. Set platters run from 20 guests. Live BBQ runs from 50 guests, because the live station needs that scale.

What a published price includes

Menu prices are per person and cover the food only. Crockery and cutlery are provided with food catering and are not rented on their own. Charged separately: serving staff at BDT 1,200 per server, chafing dishes at BDT 500 each, setup and equipment on a standard rate schedule, and delivery from BDT 500 by distance and vehicle size, quoted with the order.

Payment

Private events are confirmed with a 50% advance, paid by bKash or bank transfer, with the balance due on or before the event day. Corporate clients pay per the agreed contract or purchase order. Cafeteria contracts follow the payment terms agreed in the contract.

Custom quotations

Events over 100 guests, weddings, corporate conferences, product launches, multi day events, multiple venue catering, customized menus, premium service requirements, live cooking stations and large scale outdoor catering are quoted individually. Standard packages otherwise carry fixed pricing.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us about changes to guest count or menu as early as you can, and at least 24 hours ahead. Cancellation terms are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
