The five platters
Deshi Polao Platter is polao with chicken roast, jali kabab and a boiled egg, the safe pick for any office lunch. Bhuna Khichuri with Chicken Achari suits a rainy day crowd. Beef Tehari Platter is the one pot classic. Chinese Delights covers fried rice, Thai chicken and beef chilli onion for a change of pace. Kacchi Delicacy is the full celebration plate, chinigura mutton kacchi with roast, kabab, borhani and jorda. Every platter is one complete meal on one line, priced per person.
When a platter is the wrong answer
Set platters run from 20 guests. Below that, order from the menu instead. The full menu is priced per person too, and a rice plus a main often lands close to a platter anyway. Platters also fix the meal for everyone, so if half your guests want fish and half want beef, a menu selection serves the room better. And past about 100 guests, a custom quotation beats any fixed platter on both menu and price.
How a small order is delivered
Small orders are packed in sealed medium or large foil trays, ready to serve. Larger quantities travel in dekchi. Crockery and cutlery are provided with the food. Delivery is charged from BDT 500 by distance and vehicle size, quoted with the order, anywhere in our regular coverage areas. Give us 24 hours and it arrives when you said.
Questions
What is the minimum order?
BDT 5,000 in order value, and no guest minimum on a menu order, so a small party is fine as long as it clears BDT 5,000. Two lines carry a floor of their own: set platters run from 20 guests, and Live BBQ from 50, because the live station needs that scale to be worth setting up.
Are the menu prices per person?
Yes. Every price on the menu is per person. A few items are priced whole or by the kilo instead, like whole roasts and koral, and each of those says so under its name on the menu page.
How much is the delivery charge?
From BDT 500, charged by distance and vehicle size, and quoted with the order rather than added afterwards. Regular service covers 33 areas of Dhaka. Savar, Ashulia, Tongi, Gazipur and Narayanganj are served for larger bookings with a transport charge quoted alongside.
How far ahead do I need to confirm?
24 hours is the standard minimum for any event. For a larger event, confirm 2 to 3 days ahead so the kitchen can plan production and buying around it. Live stations, multi-day programs and multiple venues need longer still.
