The three packages
Catering only is food from the central kitchen, packed securely and delivered to your venue. Catering with service adds professional serving staff, at BDT 1,200 per server, who run the food service through the event. The full package adds buffet station setup, chafing dishes at BDT 500 each, crockery and cutlery, tables and chairs as required, and buffet presentation. Food is priced by menu and guest count in every package. Staff, setup and delivery are itemized separately, so you pay for what your event actually uses.
What a quote covers
Four lines, each priced on its own. Food is priced by menu selection and guest count. Serving staff are priced by the number of servers and the event duration. Setup and equipment follow a standard rate schedule. Transportation is charged by location. Events over 100 guests, conferences, product launches, multi day programs and customized menus get a custom quotation. Corporate quotes go out on WhatsApp or by email, whichever your procurement prefers.
Billing & purchase orders
Corporate clients pay per the agreed contract or purchase order. Private bookings work differently: 50% confirms the booking and the balance is due on or before the event day. Advances are paid by bKash or bank transfer. Larger events should be confirmed 2 to 3 days ahead. 24 hours is the standard minimum notice.
Questions
Do you provide servers, and what do they cost?
Yes. Serving staff are BDT 1,200 per server, charged separately from the food. How many you need depends on the guest count and how the food is being served, and we will tell you what we would send.
Do you provide chafing dishes?
Yes, at BDT 500 each, rented for the buffet setup. They keep the food hot on the line, so any buffet running longer than a short service usually needs them.
Do you provide crockery and cutlery?
Yes, and they come with the food catering rather than as a separate charge. We do not rent crockery and cutlery on their own without an order of food.
How do I confirm the order?
Confirm on WhatsApp or by phone with the menu, the guest count, the date and the delivery address. Private events are confirmed with a 50% advance. Corporate clients confirm against the agreed contract or a purchase order instead.
